"We have a manufacturing plant (produce milk replacer) and a trucking
company. We were placed into the workers compensation pool last year
for both companies. We were very bothered by this considering we have a
good history. We had been with our past agent for 10 years, but it
seemed like they were not looking out for our welfare or at least being
too complacent.
Mr. Probst called on us, as did several other agents. Mr. Probst was
the only one to follow through. He was very responsive and seemed to
have a good working relationship with the carriers. Originally, Mr.
Probst was only going to get the worker comp business, but he insisted
on at least being allowed to quote everything.
End result, Mr. Probst got us out of the WC pool with a potential
dividend at the end of the year and his quotes on the rest of the
business bettered our old agent. So he received all our business.
